Epotx-Etxea is a recently built typical Basque Country house. It has 3 independent houses.

The upper floor of the house is divided into 2 completely equipped independent houses, this is why they are ideal for families loving nature and sea who look for peace. These are the Itxaso and Mendi Houses.

In 2010 constructed a building adjacent to the main house. Mahasti House, prepared and equipped for people with reduced mobility.
