Epotx-Etxea was built in 1990 in the traditional Basque cottages style.

Outside, there is a wide landscaped park perfect for the enjoyment of the whole family, specially of the younger.

The upper floor of the house is divided into 2 completely equipped independent apartments of about 80 square meters each. Recently constructed a building adjacent to the main house with a fully equipped home for disabled.
